A woman with long, wavy brown hair and light skin is sitting on the steps outside, resting her face on her hand and smiling softly. She is wearing a gray sweater, black pants, and black combat boots. The steps are made of concrete, and there is a green door behind her. To her left, a black metal railing runs along the stairs, and some plants and leaves are visible in the background.

about me

I’m Lizzie Woodford, a movement artist, choreographer and dance teacher, based in London.

I studied at BRIT School before taking a Dance degree at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and now focus on inclusive dance practice and community engagement - working alongside Combination Dance, Richmond Arts (ACE Funding) and Richmond Council Community Outreach.

Choreographing and directing dance for film, as well as for live performances, I bring out the best in professional dancers, community participants and SEND groups. I am available to work on commissions for music videos, festivals, dance on film, community workshops and dance outreach.
